sorry lar i a bit slow. i just realised that this blog existed only half a year later. and it seems relatively dead anyway. but i was thinking, yeah i thought, and suddenly a BRILLANT idea came to my mind. why dun this blog be a record of what we learnt during training and after training we take turns updating the blog. MUAHAHHA. what a BRILLANT idea. think about it.
